Privacy Notice

This notice describes how information submitted through the Kaizen Golden Trade contact form is collected, used, stored, and managed.

Scope

This notice applies to information you provide directly through the website contact form, including the temporary draft stored in your browser. It does not cover data processing that may occur through other channels or future services.

KAIZEN GOLDEN TRADE SA DE CV (“Kaizen Golden Trade”), Mexican Federal Taxpayer Registry (RFC) KGT1205072H0, with address at Schubert 502A, colonia León Moderno, C.P. 37480, León, Guanajuato, México, is the controller responsible for processing the personal information covered by this notice.

Information processed

The form requests the information listed below. Role is optional; the remaining visible fields are required to submit an inquiry.

The form does not ask for sensitive personal information. Please do not include health data, racial or ethnic origin, religious or political beliefs, sexual preferences, unnecessary confidential information, or another person’s personal information in the free-text message.

  • Full name and work email address.
  • Company and optional role.
  • Area of interest and message describing the business need.
  • Submission identifier, selected language, follow-up status, accepted notice version, and creation and consent timestamps.

Purposes

Contact-form information is processed only for the necessary purposes below. This implementation does not include marketing, profiling, newsletters, or automated decision-making based on the inquiry.

  • Receive, validate, and record the inquiry.
  • Review the business need and contact you using the email provided.
  • Follow up and coordinate a potential consulting engagement.
  • Prevent duplicate, automated, or excessive submissions.
  • Maintain an administrative record of the inquiry, consent, and accepted notice version.

Browser storage, database, and retention

While you complete the form, the site stores a temporary draft and submission identifier in your browser’s session storage. The draft is removed after a confirmed successful submission; otherwise, its persistence depends on the browser session and browser controls.

After submission, validated information is stored in the private database associated with the website. Access should be limited to personnel who need it for the stated purposes.

Information should be retained only while necessary for inquiry follow-up and applicable obligations, then blocked and deleted as required. Specific retention, blocking, and deletion criteria remain to be approved before public launch.

Service providers and transfers

Website hosting and database infrastructure may be operated by technology providers acting on behalf of the controller. The complete list of processors, processing locations, and any transfers to independent third parties must be confirmed before the notice is finalized.

The reviewed form does not implement the sale of inquiry information. Any disclosure required by law, competent authority, or the establishment or defense of legal claims will be handled under applicable law.

ARCO rights, limitation, and withdrawal

You may request access to, correction, deletion, or objection to the processing of your personal information; withdraw consent; or ask that its use or disclosure be limited.

To exercise these rights, withdraw consent, or request a limitation on the use or disclosure of your information, email legal@kaizengoldentrade.com with the subject “Privacy rights request.” Include your name, a means to receive notices, the right or request being exercised, a clear description of the relevant information, and details that help locate the record. Proof of identity or representation may be requested.

Under applicable Mexican law, the determination must generally be communicated within 20 business days and, when granted, implemented within the following 15 business days. The legally permitted extensions and exceptions may apply. You may also seek protection before the Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno under the applicable procedure.

Changes to this notice

Changes will be communicated by publishing the updated notice at this same address and changing the version and last-updated date. Material changes that require renewed consent will be presented before the new processing begins.
